Did he actually think she wouldn't know what was in the bill? He had to ask her to stop as she knew more than him.

His act grew stale decades ago. The problem is that he responds to stereotype images of real people. He gets crushed by the folksy act when faced by well-prepared, detailed and professional political artisans.

Thank you Ms. Abrams.

I remember a mean spirited Republican applying that moniker to Senator Sam Irvin, Democrat from North Carolina, who chaired a committee during the Nixon/Warergate. Irvin was "folksy" but he was for real.

Are folksy. I am one of them, even though I was born in the State of the Underground Railroad.

I know a phony when I see one. That is also why I am a Democrat!

Thanks for the name.

She is brilliant, compassionate, fierce, determined, and principled. Could we ask for a more inspiring leader? I think not. I'd race to the polls to vote for Stacy Abrams!

I'm guessing that she has "lost" her last election and I'm sure we'll be hearing a lot more from her in the future!

Nor should he want to stomp on a close relative.

He should set his sights a lot lower than Stacey Abrams.
