Why don't we have the kind of middle class that can save for their retirement?

Because rich people got too rich, and now they think they deserve tp get richer without risk.

Most of these folks are older Boomers, but Gen X is lining up now, looking at prices on used campers.

That's what happens when the government decides the middle class has been causing inflation and decides to favor the richest.

The middle class gets poor and the richest get too rich.
