(2,061 posts)And Liz Cheney emerges as an unexpected conservative hero for siding with the truth. Getting past Donald Trump? It all starts with confronting and refuting the BIG LIE! Otherwise, Trump's objective of poisoning and destroying American democracy wins out.

And we know that he lost the popular vote in 2016, and it was even worse for him this time. He really has poisoned the election process and it's unbelievable that these elected officials aren't taking the chance to bail out while they can, but continuing to support a clearly losing cause.

(3,433 posts)The popular vote is a dead issue. I wish it wasn't but ultimately it's a meaningless figure. We need multiple Abrams in every swing state pushing to help disenfranchised voters maintain their eligibility and get them to the polls on election day. The right will do anything to eliminate Democrat voters from casting and we need to overcome their efforts.

Then, there's that part of me that wants nothing to do with her and does not want her associated with the Democratic party in any way, shape, or form.
Need to check my popcorn supplies, though.

I love the picture of her standing between 2 sociopathic fascist liars whose soulless faces resemble the pod-people from the film The Body Snatchers. She bears an expression of concern and intelligence. They both look like theyre waiting for instructions from Zontar.
