What they need is professional help for their illness. We, as the adults in the room, should open up nationwide clinics for these ill people. Get them the help they need to see that their brains are not functioning normally. We should definitely see to it that sharp objects and other weapons are not within their reach. Defective brains could cause them to do all sorts of atrocities.
