And shared them with the people who MADE them their money, there would be more workers, less welfare, and a more equitable capitalist arrangement.

It works for me, and I have 25 very loyal, very dedicated and very happy employees.

That $300 federal supplement represented a veritable windfall for many low wage workers.
Also, I'm sick and tired of subsidizing the hospitality industry with the now standard 20% tip. This has spilled over to almost every interaction in retail these days.
