RIP Ed Asner.

Ed Asner was a great talent and a wonderful human being.

Tax the rich: An animated fairy tale, is narrated by Ed Asner, with animation by Mike Konopacki. Written and directed by Fred Glass for the California Federation of Teachers. An 8 minute video about how we arrived at this moment of poorly funded public services and widening economic inequality.

that he made a film (the name of which I can't remember) for some non-profit (the namw of which I can't remember) which took on this issue and breader economic issues? The lead was a young Asian-American actress, and Ed played her grandfather, who was violently opposed to the group she was a leader of. A plot point was that the group was infiltrateed. There was a scene which portrayed a conversation between Madison and Hamilton which provided some background. I'm sorry I can't remember more.
