1. There is a Sea Change coming.

The 1% are happy with an increase to 27% or so. This is what they expected in 2017. They were ecstatic that TFG gave them 21% then.

They realize that to fight this too hard will be to bring unwanted attention, and maybe the rate gets put back to 35%...so they are going to fight a little to make it look good then give in and say it's ok for Pres Joe and the Dems to pass that part of the Spending Bill.

2. The whole point of income distribution is a false flag. It's called paying your fair share of taxes

that we need as a country. This is not about redistribution.

When the US Government needs money, i.e. taxes, where do you suppose they will get it? From people with no money? No. You get money from people who have it - the rich. For the same reason that Butch Cassidy said that he robbed banks because that is where the money is. You tax the rich because that is where the money is!
