while Manchin seems fine with rolling back the Trump tax cuts.

Sinema also seems opposed to the negotiating drug price part of the bill, which is a big part of the cost saving.

"We thought the 3.5 number was the number that was negotiated" - someone really screwed up this negotiation, I look forward to reading the postmortem articles to find out where things went wrong.
