8. I dumped them years ago when my internet was down.

I was working from home. Got on the phone w them. They transferred me 5 times. The last person was the first one I got when I initially called. I hung up. Got another provider and cancelled at&t (ate the 2 months left on the contract).

A couple months later they knocked on my door asking if I wanted to come back because they installed high quality internet in our area. I told the poor worker they have terrible customer service and I wound never go back.

I told him, I was not interested.
He asked why and I frankly said, AT&T is a bad company with a bad reputation.
He said "We're trying to fix that”
I told him, "I've been hearing that for 30 years"

10. Every publicity traded corporation you've every heard of only cares about short term profits

so OF COURSE a company like AT&T will partner with OAN.

Does it make AT&T more money or less money this month, quarter, or year? Does it? That's what fucking matters to AT&T.

It's bad for America? It's bad for democracy? It's bad for the economy in general? It's bad for AT&T a decade, or two, or ten, out? It's bad for justice? It's bad for human survival on this or any planet?

AT&T does not give a fuck about the answers to those questions today.
