It came after Biden announced the deal. I know there's a contingent who is convinced she's a scary seekrit Republican just looking to pull the football away from Biden, but this sounds like she's committing to the bill.

It asked if it was a click-bait headline. My interpretation is that it was.
Her statement:
"After months of productive, good-faith negotiations with @POTUS and the White House, we have made significant progress on the proposed budget reconciliation package. I look forward to getting this done, expanding economic opportunities and helping everyday families get ahead."

That sounds positive to me. I personally don't think that the President and Pelosi aren't stupid enough to go to the press saying the deal is in place without the deal being in place.
But hey, there is a lound contingent here that is convinced the President is naive and to stupid to see that evil geniuses are going to sink this.
