I will always think that one of the reasons for JFK's killing was he had figured out that Vietnam
would never be won and he was starting to pull us out. Funny, how Dick Nixon, GW Bush, Howard
Hunt, and some of the same Cubans from Miami, FL that later on were arrested breaking into the
Watergate in 1972 all were in Dallas on 11/22/63.

For me, it was a cold, sunny day in Denver, 5th grade, lunch time on the playground when the youthful buzz gave way to increasingly confused and blank faces as we were herded back to classrooms, followed by a somber early dismissal.

I was too young to understand at the time but a few years later this song (and others) helped gel certain things into place.
