In Republican circles, doesn't much matter the credentials of a candidate, as long as there's an "R" beside the name, and crazy is part of the theme. Of course, an endorsement from Trump is always par for the course.

I'd like to be privy to the discussions that resulted in his candidacy.

While it's not particularly shocking that Trumpsky would back someone who has similar intelligence and speaking abilities to his own, that anyone else would think he'd make a good Senator is stupefying.

I suppose they can bring both religion and gun rights to the forefront by suggesting that their god meant for Walker to repeatedly survive the test of pointing a loaded firearm at his own head and pulling the trigger.
