Mo Brooks' January 6th Legal Defense Might Land Him In MORE Trouble - Ring of Fire
Republican Representative Mo Brooks is desperately trying to defend himself from January 6th lawsuits, but his legal defense could end up causing him even more legal problems. Brooks is trying to claim that he spoke at the Stop The Steal rally as part of his "official" duties as a Congressman, but this would mean that he and his staff used tax dollars for an explicitly non-Congressional event. That could actually lead to more charges against him, as Ring of Fire's Farron Cousins explains.
