Outrage After Judge Reverses Sex Assault Conviction (MSNBC)

An Illinois judge has been reassigned to small claims court after he reversed a sexual assault conviction against an 18-year-old. He had been found guilty of sexually assaulting a 16-year-old girl at a party. Gloria Allred joins Zerlina to discuss.

Mind you, I am not in favor of mandatory sentences but 148 days as a sentence seemed to damn short.
