It's up to Russia to prevent war in Ukraine, NATO chief says
A very good CBC (Canadian Broadcast Service) interview with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg. He points out that it's Russia being the military aggressor by their threats of war, invading and occupying Ukrainian territory (Crimea) and Russian support for the Donbas rebels. He goes on to state that negotiation is not a sign of weakness, but one of strength.
