Lawyers for the Trump family this week filed a motion to force New York Attorney General Letitia James to recuse herself from the investigation into the family and their business. The legal justifications used by these lawyers are absolutely laughable, and they contend in their filing that the entire investigation is somehow "unconstitutional." Trump has repeatedly attacked and mocked AG James in recent months, and now he's running scared, as Ring of Fire's Farron Cousins explains.

Why discuss the stupidity of Trump's suit. He doesn't care how stupid his suit is, he just wants to delay everything. So he files a "frivolous" law suit with a district judge who takes time to reject it, then trump appeals to an Appeals court who rejects it, and on to the SC who knows what those prostitutes will do?

The first judge needs to go after Trump's lawyers for filing frivolous law suits, the lawyers need to be charged with filing frivolous law suits.

We can laugh at the stupidity of Trump's law suits, he really doesn't care, they are serving a purpose.
