They're NOT battling.
The Chief Justice asked them all to wear a mask. Gorsuch refused, so the Chief Justice did NOTHING. Forcing Sonia to hear the cases remotely.
Battling implies there was an actual contentious discussion of the matter. There was not. The Conservative Chief clearly let Gorsuch have his way. End of story.
