As it was by Sidney Powell last year. My nephew represented an election activist in GA to get Dominion to output paper ballots. Some of that expert witness testimony was co-opted by Trump’s team, though his client is on record saying that testimony in no way supported their claims. Looks like they are still hanging their hat on that.
