The Day Ukraine Gave Up Nukes: 1994 Budapest Memorandum

This video is from 2014, just after Putin invaded Ukraine the first time. It briefly explains that Ukraine has security guarantees from the major powers of the world, including Russia, to respect the integrity of Ukrainian borders.

With the signing of the Budapest Agreement, Ukraine gave up its' nuclear arsenal for security and border integrity guarantees. Putin violated that agreement with his first invasion of Ukraine and is again threatening to invade.

Note to world: There is no agreement or promise from Putin that can be trusted.
