Wisconsin Hospital Sues At-Will Workers for Jumping Ship at Same Time to Get Better Jobs

.

They are at-will and can be fired at any time, but they seem to not be able to quit at any time.

The injunction prevents the employees from working at the old hospital either, so they 7 employees can't work.

At-will employment means you can be fired for any reason with no recourse except collecting unemployment (with exceptions for union contracts). It also mean that you can quit anytime with no recourse. Sorry.

This pandemic did one thing to peel back the layers of mass inequality. These hospital n pharma CEO’s taking home millions while those who make their handsome profits have had it. It does go both ways.
