Why are there only 9? There could be 20...
But President Biden started out with a heaping plate of priorities, the least of which was a global pandemic that had been ignored for a year. I think he's done a stellar job of catching up! 
But he is not in favor of expanding the court, not that we would have the votes ...
Have they done anything else since Obama was in office??
