But Wall Street doesn't like him, so it's highly unlikely (not impossible though).

Of course, every issue raised here is a problem because of actions and decisions being made by conservative judges - judges who rule based on a conservative ideology rather than on the Constitution or established precedent. I might add that at least three of those same judges lied to the Senate when testifying during their own nomination approve process.

which prohibits involuntary servitude, and doesn't specify the nature of such servitude or to whom, only that it is involuntary. It's what Roe should have been based on 48 years ago.

They can make brief stops at the first, telling the long blue noses to mind their own business, and the fourth, to stay out of ours, but any law has to be based on the thirteenth.

Even the Perjury Five won't be able to argue against that.

Another great segment with Sheldon Whitehouse and Laurence O'Donnell

The KGB/FSB and the US libertarians. What a great team!

Trying to follow the money tho.

The Soviets under Putin get to disrupt the major democratic country and weaken western alliances. That makes sense.

The US congress-critters (and tfg, etc.) that have enabled and encouraged this: What do they really get out of it? Did Putin/Koch/Mercer/Thiel/Murdoch promise them untold wealth? If I were these dolts, I'd be very worried about getting a payout that wasn't deadly.
