She suggested that Biden could do what Lincoln did when the supreme court was out of control in their Dread Scott decision --- issue an emancipation proclamation to restate that women are equal in this country. The court backed down. After all the court has never had any enforcement authority for their decisions. We the people do, however.

(470 posts)Gives some posters a stroke. Pointing out facts or perhaps advocating for even a slightly more aggressive response to the Republican push to destroy any semblance of Democracy is clearly "idiotic", so good luck with your tempered, rational attempt at dialogue.
