This is completely inappropriate. She was obviously put there to shield her mob boss and this is the part that will get her incredibly stupid ruling tossed out.
A crime was committed, a big one, and this (insert favorite pejorative that gives youngsters the vapors) is clearly obstructing the investigation and is part of an attempted coverup.
That should be enough to shorten her career, right there. Send her back to the Federalist Society, where she can continue to do the only thing she knows how to do: schmooze and politic her way to the top.
