BREAKING: Trump and DOJ make LATE NIGHT FILING on Special Master for Mar-a-Lago Search Documents
The DOJ and Trump made a joint filing late Friday night regarding the appointment of a special master and the processes and procedures for the special master to follow. The joint filing contained opposing suggestions about who should be appointed special master, what the special master could review, and what procedures the special master should follow. This filing was made pursuant to Judge Aileen Cannon’s September 5 Order. - Meidas Touch.
