Trump's Lawyers HUMILIATED by pro-democracy protesters entering Special Master's Court - Meidas Touch

Pro-democracy protestors were out in force outside the court room as Trump’s lawyers Christopher Kise and Jim Trusty entered the Eastern District of New York Courthouse for a hearing before Judge Raymond Dearie. Trust and Kise were appropriately heckled for representing a traitor who tried and continues to try to overthrow our democracy. Inside the courtroom, Trusty and Kise did not get a much better reception from the Special Master Dearie.

He’ll be scamming and conning others until the bitter end.

I can’t fathom what a state funeral for him will be like.

The fact that we even have to have his portrait hanging alongside those of people like Jimmy Carter’s and JFK is another thought that haunts me.

is going to be him wearing orange behind bars to serve as a reminder to any future would-be despots who manage to bamboozle half the population.

I have often wondered how this cringeworthy period in our history will be taught in the future - and this was long before all that's happened this week and today. At one point he said that he was saving the documents for his "library!" When we know that he ripped up the daily PDBs!

As for a funeral - I cannot imagine national mourning, as there was for JFK and any other former presidents. I have often thought of photos we've seen of our former presidents together - regardless of party, they have more in common than they have differences and invariably get along. But there is no way that TFG could ever fit into that genial group!

As foe a portrait, he refused to allow the traditional portrait of his predecessor while he was in the White House - and we've already seen more than enough of him for a lifetime - not to mention he's commissioned enough bogus "portraits" of himself which hang in his "properties."

I grew up in Saratoga, NY, where much of the Revolutionary War was fought. There's a large monument near Saratoga Battlefield, shaped much like the Washington Monument. And there are "niches" in all 4 sides containing statues of the winning generals/heroes of that war. But because Benedict Arnold turned out to be a traitor, the "niche" reserved for him is unoccupied. We should give TFG the same treatment...

that may very well be the way to deal with it.

This had never occurred to me, that something could be responded to in such a way. Personally, I like it.
