NEW: DOJ Blasts Former Top Trump Aide in NEW Criminal Trial Filing - Meidas Touch

A new motion filed by the Department of Justice in the criminal contempt case against Peter Navarro just blasted Navarro’s anticipated defenses including “entrapment,” “public authority defense,” and his mistaken belief he was granted executive privilege when he wasn’t. Navarro’s trial is set for November 17.
