I would guess when Ukraine wins the war, the Eastern European block of countries will become even more influential.

One Western leader not mentioned here is our own President Biden. He was the right person for the job at the right time. When Putin invaded Ukraine, President Biden and his administration stepped up to the plate and lead a phenomenal defense for Ukraine which is now an offensive. My admiration of the administrations response is almost overwhelming.
