...it certainly won't discourage hit pieces against candidates by so-called "SuperPACs".

Instant Runoff has a bunch of real positives so I'm not sure why Reich is touting that clearly false aspect in this.

Kick the entirety of Congress out, replace them with all new people, and pay them $2 million per year. People who can't currently afford to be in Congress because they can't live on less money than a Walmart or Lowe's store manager earns will be able to serve in Congress.
