Related: About this forumIvanka Trump Officially Throws Her Family Under The Bus In Fraud Case - Ring of Fire
Lawyers for Ivanka Trump are officially trying to throw the rest of the family under the bus in the ongoing fraud case in New York by arguing that Ivanka wasn't even at the company when the alleged fraud took place and that "other people" were responsible. Not only is this argument factually wrong - as the alleged fraud goes back years before Trump ran for President - but it also isn't a viable defense due to the fact that her name was on some of the documents that were used to commit the fraud. But now we know what to expect as the trial nears, as Ring of Fire's Farron Cousins explains.

Well, the moment we've been waiting for has finally arrived. Ivanka Trump has officially in her court filing thrown the rest of her family under the bus in the ongoing New York fraud trial this week, while the rest of her family was trying to get the trial pushed back from October 2nd till God knows when Ivanka had her lawyers go to court. And not only argue to extend it, but also try to get her out of it by saying other individuals were responsible. Other individuals were responsible for all that fraud that took place, not her. The filing says the complaint does not contain a single allegation that Ms. Trump directly or indirectly created, prepared, reviewed, or certified any of her father's financial statements, other individuals were responsible.
Okay? Even if that's true that you didn't create, prepare, sign off on any of your father's financial statements, that's still a very, very narrow, tiny little sliver of the fraud trial. Like I never signed his tax returns. Cool. What about the fraudulent bank applications? How about specifically Ivanka, uh, loans that you, according to these court documents, personally secured for Trump properties in both Florida and Chicago in 2012? Because your name is on those. So how do you explain that away? Like, oh, I didn't sign my father's financial statements. Nope, but your signature is dang sure on those other documents that are also a part of the fraud trial, so you don't get to rig your way out of this. Her lawyers also tried to argue like, well, she left in 2017 to go work in the White House. Cool. The documents I just pointed to, which again, that's just a small sliver of 'em.
Uh, those are from 2012 long before Donald Trump even seriously considered running for president. So Ivanka does not have clean hands in this whole matter. I know that she doesn't want to face the music. I know she's more than happy to throw her brothers and her father apparently under the bus as the other individuals responsible. But your name, your signature is on some of these documents that New York Attorney General Leticia James has filed in court as part of the lawsuit. Like, I'm not saying it's a smoking gun, but if there were a smoking gun in this case, I'm pretty sure it would be your signature on those documents. Um, as it is right now, we don't know what the judge is gonna rule on any of this, whether, you know, he's gonna give them the delay that they're wanting cuz
They've argued that there's just too much, uh, evidence to go through, like we're overwhelmed. Hire more people. That's what law firms do when they get overwhelmed. Um, the other thing is we don't know if he's gonna listen to Ivanka's lawyers and say, oh, you're right. Your signature wasn't on this one thing that you said. It's on all these others, but let's ignore those and we'll let you off the hook. Uh, there is a hearing coming up on March 21st. That is when Judge Arthur Gerron is going to rule on all of this, and I'm willing to bet that the prosecutors in the case are going to remind the judge that Ivanka's signature is on some of these documents. She did personally seek those loans, not just in Florida and Chicago, but also apparently in New York. So she's not off the hook.

The rump's crimes were not of prostitution, but Ivanka was definitely profiting from the avails of rump's crimes.

You shoulda - known that by your 18-years of age but you never cared since criminal mob-boss daddy told you to only listen to him while he was grabbing your buns.
Pay back is coming now.
