Can they overrule a disapproval and force the agency to approve a drug it doesnt think is safe? I guess Im thinking ivermectin or some such politicized drug

(205,237 posts)2. I wonder, too - though Ivermectin is never prescribed for humans.
I'm guessing that no prescription is necessary to obtain it since it's only suitable for sheep and horses.

Why would we even have an FDA if any random judge can overrule. Seems like it would open up judges for corruption and kickbacks

But then one of the Supreme Court justices has weighed on a medical issue that has changed medical care for women across the country.

It prevents a fertilized egg from implantation on the uterine wall . . . . that's murder to the same people.
