Can they overrule a disapproval and force the agency to approve a drug it doesn’t think is safe? I guess I’m thinking ivermectin or some such politicized drug

I'm guessing that no prescription is necessary to obtain it since it's only suitable for sheep and horses.

Why would we even have an FDA if any random judge can overrule. Seems like it would open up judges for corruption and kickbacks
