Herman Cain Blasts Obama In Tea Party SOTU Response, Praises Colbert - video

VIDEO here: http://www.mediaite.com/tv/herman-cain-blasts-obama-in-tea-party-sotu-response-praises-colbert/

Former Republican presidential candidate Herman Cain enthusiastically tore into President Obama and his State of the Union address Tuesday night, calling the economy “anemic.” “With all due respect Mr. President, some of us are not stupid,” Cain exclaimed. “The state of the union is not good!”

While Cain’s speech wasn’t aired on any of the networks, it was streamed live on the Tea Party Express’s website.

And your inability to recognize that only goes to show that Cain is better at it than Colbert.

just participated in an obviously satirical Cain/Colbert rally in South Carolina, so he absolutely knows where Stephen is coming from.

Rachel Maddow has a theory where she thinks Cain's entire campaign was little more than "performance art" (I think that's the term she uses), a kind of satire in its own bizarre way, and that Cain was as surprised as anyone when his campaign was taken seriously by Republican voters and the media.

There are supposedly a lot of Republicans who don't know that Colbert is satire, I've actually seen, on a bus in Utah, one 20-something guy correcting another who was expressing his support for Colbert and his views, "dude, that guy is satire, it isn't real". The other kid was shocked, very funny moment.
