India, US, EU and Saudi Arabia announced India Middle East Europe Economic Corridor on the sidelines of the G20 leaders' summit in New Delhi. The Megaproject is being seen as the rival of China's Belt and Road initiative. The IMEC will enhance global trade in West Asia and also improve Israel’s position as a hub for transporting goods.
