Hong Kong Harbor - New Year's Fireworks!

Okay, so gripe all you want about humanity, but in 1972 did you think you'd be watching nearly live video from Hong Kong of Chinese folks singing a Scottish song that nobody who speaks English can figure out?

My son is going to call me and we may skype...

It is so amazing that we now can see each time zone celebrate their new year's celebrations...

Families are together, even thousands of miles apart...

and to think I was a kid whose parents had a party line...and my mom's family had no phone...
