Strangely, they are manufactured for people, who treat them exactly the way a cat treats a cat toy.

4. I've got 5 spinners

I think they're cute little toys, and I like the designs. They're not good for my cats though - I've been holding one going at top speed and dropped my arm to my side while reading something on the computer, and both of them have come up and tried to sniff it and gotten bopped on the nose.

5. Can you spin them at a slow speed?

I want my cats to have fun making it whirl around on their own, but if I play with it I'd want it to go fast. There so many to choose from!
