Im liking this new union shift I fell in the outhouse and am smelling like a rose
Beware the rambling of a 51 year old. I caught this cool ass bid . Three twelve hour days as yard jockey. Anytime after eight hours is time half and you get paid for fourty hours. And you can sign up for work on your four days off at Time half and double time. So I’m not bragging I just like fact that I have four days of R&R with our sons and my wife. So i was on the bed with the Newfie listening to the sounds of the boys getting ready for seventh grade. My wife singing along in the bathroom with Sara brightman as she does her hair and makeup just relaxing. I went in last night for xtra punch they booted me off the clock after six hours 20:00 to 0200 or I would have been on double time. On way home I hit planet fitness got home enjoyed some French press Ethiopian coffee. First called our sons went in woke up my wife.
And mellowing out on the bed waiting to walk the guys to bus stop. Then head to pub to meet sgt major for some morning chess at 0700. I was starting to drift off and I hear in the bedroom door our one son dad the downstairs commode is clogged. Got it covered guy I tell him after I plunged I’m heading to relax in recliner. And I hear from my wife can you start my car so it is warm. And as I sit here I’m listening to both boys in the kitchen getting their waffles ready. Making eggs wow dude if mom catches you using a metal spatula on that pan she is gonna freak then a oh crap here she comes hand me the plastic spatula dude I just smile.
