They were indeed a phenomenal band for about a decade there ... all of their first 4 albums are brilliant esp 1-3 and they've always been great live. Was sad when their drummer passed, he was amazing.

Their greatest hits 'Recurring Dream' has never been far from my disc player since it came out in circa 1996. I like or love every song on it ... When You Come, Fall at Your Feet, Weather With You, and Better Be Home Soon (and the OP's song) are stone cold classics in the Pop Parthenon ...

I saw 'em at the Warfield in SF in I believe 1992, touring their 4th album ... great, great show.

Alone and with his brother. Seen them twice (‘07 and ‘10). I think the melodies are just transformative and they grow on me more and more.
