During the boom years leading up to the 2008 crash, the breakfast of choice for many construction workers was the Jumbo Breakfast Roll

There were broiled tomatoes and a second meat too.

Always a bit of trouble staying alert at work after I ate the full country breakfast.

We go to Denali Park; a restaurant there serves a Full Irish! (No place else in the Interior to get one, esp. the sausages!)
