67. Interestingly, Gordon Lightfoot actually appreciates him

Worlds apart from current teen idol and fellow Canadian Justin Bieber, Lightfoot appreciates Bieber's efforts. "Some time back I listened to his first album and it was good. The production and vocals were better than I had imagined. And I believe he was helped out by the internet. So that's how things have changed over the years. The bottom line is you still have to have a measure of talent or something an audience wants to hear. Maybe that's why I've managed to hang around as long as I have."

She has a very genuine eastern Oklahoma accent, which is where she's from. She just hasn't tried to get rid of it, like so many actors do. Tony Randall was also from Oklahoma, believe it or not.

23. Yeah, nice guy

But I can never figure out if he is doing some sort of meta-comedy where it's almost funny how unfunny he is - which makes it kind of funny.

I guess that's what made his W impersonation so spot-on, since they both seem to be missing on one cylinder. But to the extent that his W impersonation was so accurate, and less of a lampoon, then I'd find myself thinking, "you know, if I wanted to watch W, I could just roll video of W". Like, okay, but what's so funny about watching W, really?

I'm sure he's a nice guy, and I think he made me laugh a couple of times. But he's in my "Adam Sandler" category of more likely to make me feel almost embarrassed for him.

Ben Stiller is another one that has done some really GREAT stuff, but most of it makes me cringe. Loved him in the Night At The Museum series and Meet the Parents, but it seems that working with other good talent brings out his best.

I'm sure Will Ferrell is a great guy. I just think he took up the wrong line of work. If I had to chill out for a day with, say, Will Ferrell, Adam Sandler or Ben Stiller, I'd hang out with Ferrell. Of course, people said that about W too, so...

I canít separate the actor from Scientology. He was in some great movies earlier in his career and now he just does action/explosion films, which leave me cold.
But I like John Travolta, who is also big in the cult. Itís the slimy things Cruise did in his personal life (turned his kids against their mother, has nothing to do with his youngest daughter because sheís a Supressive Person at age 11) because of the cult that I canít stomach.

Nothing to do with their politics, whatever those are, for some reason I just can't stand either one of them.

Peace

50. Tim Allen is really the only one.

Because he is very much the asshole that you've always heard he is. A tried-and-true douchebag of the first water. A complete jackass.

There are other entertainers whose work I don't prefer or with whom I don't agree on things political or otherwise, but no one chaps my hide like Tim Allen.

Ever since he called Al Gore a "thug" I haven't been able to stand the man. I even wrote Clear Eyes to complain when he was their spokesman. He's not their spokesman anymore.

Can't watch Costner even a little. Farrell seems like a nice guy but his character choices are horrible. My worthless two cents.

I'm not too crazy about Adam Sandler either, but I did like him in the corny but funny film,

63. I agree with the poster who said Nancy Grace.

Her voice annoys me to no end and has for years.

Also, Dr. Oz and Dr. Phil and his frozen-faced wife.

In the past I would have said Matt Lauer, but thankfully we don't have to look at him or hear him any longer!

99. Usually not actors.

Singers/musicians, on the other hand. . . two seconds of Gwen Stefani is about ten seconds too much, and anything that involves Dave Grohl doing something other than playing drums behind Kurt is unacceptable.
