the Horta trying to protect its babies (pebbles? gravel?) by killing redshirts? When found and about to be blasted, she engraved on a rock, "No kill I."

A pika is a small mammal, with short limbs, very round body, rounded ears, and no external tail. They resemble their close cousin the rabbit, but with shorter ears.
