Does Anyone Remember This Cartoon Show Ending?

When I watched cartoons as a kid (in the 60s), I loved one particular clip of closing credits. There was a black background and a parade of characters dancing along. At the end was a little guy at the end sweeping, then he would twitch his mustache.

Does anyone remember that? I have been looking on YouTube, but I haven't found it yet.

I would love to have a clip of it for a thread in GD. Thanks to everyone in advance!

He is named after his father who may have been named for the keynote speaker at the event where Lincoln spoke the famous Gettysburg Address.

I definitely remember the music with the closing credits so you all steered me in the right direction. YouTube doesn't seem to have that little part of it that I'm looking for, durn them.

In the 60's they had giveaway figurines of some of his characters.

You couldn't tear me away from the TV until he twitched his mustache.

Janitor's in the intro and outro. (From my handle you might guess I know my Rocky and Bullwinkle.)

And, with your help, I found the intro by itself.

It looks like my memory was fuzzy enough for me to think it was the ending. And I remember it in black and white because we had a black and white TV.

Thanks to everyone for their help!
