Saturday mornings, they do the show from the corresponding day in the 1970s, and a show from the 1980s on Sunday morning. I prefer tuning in early, because there are a lot of songs I haven't heard since those days that just inched their way into the Top 40 before sinking back again, and those are the songs that don't get any airplay during regular programming. There's also the sometimes humorous juxtaposition of songs where the weighty socially conscious song pairs with the lighter-than-air pop fluff.
