I have a friend in France who has a chihuahua that gets to go everywhere (it's France!). Spartacus went to the wine bar with us and to dinner at a nice restaurant afterwards, too. He has none of the typical feisty small dog behaviors. Waiters bring Sparty his own bowl of water when my friend goes to a cafe!
