I looked it up. This is a new thing as of this year. The two Maine senators were the ones that got this designation for today earlier this summer.

Love the lobster!Ii still remember my first time.....sigh.
I used to go to a NY restaurant with my sister (when she was married to the wealthy guy) and we would all get 3 or 4 pounders.
