Specifically, People of Earth.

There's another one that is long gone, that I wish would resurface. I think it only lasted two seasons. Brilliant series, that might have required some serious research and writing. Involved recruiting cons and criminals in order to use their skills to perform operations that skirted the laws, but to perform good work. Can't remember the name.

which seemed to lose itself a little when it steered away from the main character, Ozzie.
