I'm a substitute teacher and I've been told not to "touch" the children for any reason. I have violated that tenet many times. I give and receive hugs from children of all ages. If I'm going to be fired, it will be because I hugged a child and murmured words of encouragement and gratitude.

What a love-bug. SEEMS like the baby contemplates going across the sidewalk to hug the strumming singer(?).....ulp.
Note the humans wrapping their arms around the child. This is America.
