Keep looking out the window and tell her you think you see the caravan coming. I feel your pain. Alcohol is very necessary when it comes to visiting my MIL.

Cleaned the house today, shoveled snow, husband is away elk hunting for the weekend so the kiddo and I are ordering some Chinese takeout and going to play monopoly. While I’m waiting for our order, I’m checking in with my DU pals. Yes...it’s been a hell of a long few weeks. Boy howdy.

Tasted like vanilla, caramel, and vodka.

With a touch of Listerine.

I think I can reproduce the recipe in a discarded goldfish bowl.

It just tasted like clear egg-nog.

But it's regular 80 proof (40%), so it's not a liqueur.

I tried a white whiskey this summer. I think it was Evan Williams.

Disgusting.
No smoke in the finish a sharp first taste and a bitter taste overall.

Just curious if Johnny Walker was any better
