I've used it 5 times this fall. I use chat. I get smart people who stick with it and pass me on to someone when the problem is beyond their expertise. They are definitely real people. No scripts. What's happened?
Anyone else have this experience????

with a problem until it is resolved. People in Tech Support and Customer Service that actually know what they are doing; imagine that!
