Could someone please tell me how to post a pic on DU

With an Android? I can never find the picture location on my phone. Thank you.

"apps" and then go to the "Gallery"? Is it a picture you took with the camera or a pic saved from the web? I don't know whether it matters, if all images are in the Gallery?

As for posting, no help here!1 I attach pictures taken with the phone camera in a gmail to myself and work with it on the laptop - that's how low this bar is!1

I have no idea how to do it from a phone, but the Photography Group would be the place to find out, if it is possible.
