I'm watching 'Counterpart'. Pretty dark show. It's intriguing, and it's set in Germany, a country only second in my affections to my own...

If you love shows set in Germany and you have Netflix, there is a great series that you should watch. It's called "Berlin Babylon". It's excellent. I highly recommend it.

Hope you feel better tomorrow!

I'm kind of a purist - pear is good but I'm not a big fan of otherwise flavor 'infused' ciders. Give me a nice, full bodied "scrumpy" any day.

I discovered it back during my early travels to London. I haven't seen it in years.

I have a pear tree, and we keep saying we should try and make some cider. Who knows - maybe this year. I have an acquaintance who makes his own hard apple cider, so we can get some guidance.

Meanwhile, maybe I'll have to do some shopping around and see if I can get some local pear cider. We actually have a new cider company, right here in Flint.

Right now, I'm looking forward to tomorrow morning, surfing the net sitting next to my upstairs window, and having a nice, hot cup of coffee.

Having a 200 pound man grinding his knee into my chest and trying to strangle me has put me in a shitty mood.

I'm on passion fruit juice and vodka tonight.

I told my brother about the change in the tax deduction for travel reimbursement due to the new Trump tax laws and he went nuts. My brother lives in a bubble and thinks that Trump will be the next fuhrer.

He is a veteran, but has no idea what he was fighting for. He's a racist who keeps yelling seig heil and that all Democrats will kneel to Trump. He also blames everyone else for his problems, but when he drives a pickup with gun rights and Trump bumper stickers on it, then goes to work with a liberal lesbian boss and gets into a heated discussion in the hospital about politics--well, he deserves what he gets.

I would have called the law on him, but I'd be homeless if I did.
